If your organization has an internal network (or intranet) then it is normally protected from the Internet by a firewall. To communicate directly with the Internet you will need the IP address of your "proxy web server".
If you are unsure about any of these issues please contact your internal IT department for assistance.
To change your settings select Settings from the Tools menu.
Select the Use the following proxy server settings: and Enter the IP Address of your Proxy Server. Your proxy server may have been set up with logon requirements. Please contact your IT department to confirm the authentication requirements for your system.
To check whether the connection works, click Test my connection to the internet.
The submitter will retain the details you have input if you tick the Save these settings box.
